What are thoughts, really? And what does it mean to think? Can one just sit down and stare at a wall to do this activity? How intentional is it? Are we always thinking? Is it important to listen to others about our thinking? If so, how much?

Dualism, reductionism, and behaviorism. The 3 theories of though. Dualism claims thoughts are of a different substance than matter. Religious/Platonic undertones here. Reductionism = thoughts product of matter. Behaviorism is some sort of weird conditioning shit.
