i'll agree that most females that i have known throughout my life have been ignorant and vapid, but then again, so have most males (not that i'm insulting males). i give up on wading throught the satire and misogyny and i just want a straight answer, once and for all, about you guys (and yes, i mean males specifically).

I pretty much don't take anyone under the age of 30 seriously. That doesn't mean I don't enjoy their company, sure I have fun and laugh with them, but I think of them as typical teenagers (even if they're 25). I don't even take myself seriously most of the time. The people I actually do listen to and respect are those at my work, but they're all between the ages of 30-60 and there's almost an even number between the sexes in my office.

That's not to say I haven't met some childish, stupid 45yr olds (etc). I guess it depends on the person's mindset for me. As for men vs. women, I'd say both are equally smart (or stupid). The problem is, I don't consider most of the people at my college to be men and women. I don't care if they're 26 and married with a kid. Most of the people here still act like the kids from my high school. The drama and attitude is different, but there nonetheless.

Life in this society being, at best, an utter bore and no aspect of society being at all relevant to women, there remains to civic-minded, responsible, thrill-seeking females only to overthrow the government, eliminate the money system, institute complete automation and destroy the male sex.

Her father is quite senior in the company I work for.

I'm also on good terms with him, and soon to be better terms when I marry his only daughter. Quite old fashioned I know, but I genuinely do love her.
