I saw him the other week buying cupcakes from Magnolia. As he was leaving some small children were bouncing up and down and he thwacked them with his cane and told them the New Purge was coming, whatever that meant. I saw this happen and I laughed, and then he whipped out an airhorn and blew it next to my ear. I now have semi-permanent hearing damage
