You don't need a book you just need to hit your 20s. I too thought moe trash was for faggots, how could adult men like that garbage? But then I became 20 myself and realized that the world is a pretty ugly place and even men need to seek refuge from it sometimes. And those large expressive eyes, cute mannerisms, soft features, round, unthreatening faces like those of a baby are soothing to the soul.
