Trust me, it makes so much difference. People with a sedentary lifestyle like us need that exercise, and it's not very distruptive to just walk around your neighborhood for half an hour a day. If you do that, you'll meet the recommended amount of exercise per week. It will help your mind too, allowing you to focus on reading better.
Plato viewed that it was very important for us to take care of our body so that we may focus on philosophy. Pic related took a walk every day no matter the weather, which he claimed was the reason for his good health in old age. Follow in their footsteps.

also just found out one of my meds leads to higher rates of dementia and theres already a risk for it in my family.
i should probably start writing my will

i walk a combined total of an hour and a half every day going to and coming from work. Getting sun on my face is nice but it's kind of boring

You must be talking about that antidepressant. Sorry to hear. Walking has definitely helped me with my depression; an excuse to leave the house every day makes that difference to your mood.

How long have you been doing it? Have you noticed a considerable difference in your energy level?

That's the minimum recommendation. Become /fitlit/ and make yourself excellent.

Eh, for the purposes of most here, the minimum will do.

Plato talked about the importance of exercise but he wrestled, rowed, lifted and fucked boipussy everyday. He didn't walked 30 minutes and thought that was enough like a faggot.

Find solutions. Identify a toilet base and stay within a safe distance. Keep fighting brother

No it won't. Not being unwell does not make you alive. Animals held in captivity die early even if they get minimum exercise and adequate nutrition.

Unless you are both working full time and attending college level classes you have plenty of time. Cut down the shit tv shows, the vidya and work out.
