Just asking, how does this connect with philosophy? I mean I’ve read some Neechee and stuff but is this path of the occult a totally different field than philosophy or are there intersecting points? and if you could name any

Tarot opens the door for demonic possession. This is a well known fact for exorcists and top tier confessors.

They interconnect massively, certain definitions of philosophy would encompass the esoteric and hermetic. When you're dealing with the ultimate definitions of reality it's all very vague and contradictory from person to person what you call these things.

Religion, philosophy, and the esoteric are in my opinion fields which overlap so much(though some of each doesn't mix with the others) that they kind of have to be approached all at once.
