I want to read pic related, but I'm not sure how to get the most out of it.

You won’t. As you’ll learn after the first read, you’ll need to read most books twice to get the most out of them you can.

I like this kind of deductive logical reasoning a lot more than his treatise on economics. Their solution for inequality is to let business grow more profitable but make everyone share in the profits. Their result: the ESOP. A plan largely installed because of effective tax loopholes. Typical American economics. I would like to see a plan similar to this but along a Schumpeter-line of argument— transforming capitalism into something significantly different through big business as opposed to little ESOP type stuff here and there. Because the ESOP has not helped the poor one iota. Not surprising. :3
