Because aside from what your history teacher told you, nazis weren't fucking massive murderers, who laughed while they killed children or made soap out of jews. Hitler only bombed Poland at day, and didn't let Polish war prisoners be massively murdered like Stalin did. Same with Dunkirk. Hitler didn't want war with the English, he even said it himself in Mein Kampf. That's why he didn't kill them at that beach, while he could've easily done that. But Hitler was too naive that the jews had completely brainwashed England and didn't expect them to be that jewed.
