What in all fucks is a "Personality"? How do i develop one, be able to relate to people. Start and maintain interesting conversations? i'm attractive but this is the only thing holding me back. Any books on this topic?

A set of attributes, attitudes and quirks that make up the whole of your identity, among other things. If you want to relate to people, I suggest reading How to Make Friends and Influence People. People with genuine personalities have a hard time interacting with NPCs who buy their personalities from corporations in the contemporary world we live in.

Go do drugs, go to a random country with no money and try and survive (not by begging), backpack across China, get an interesting hobby and struggle like hell to be really great in it, ho see something really fucked up, fail so hard in something your soul is taken away from you, join the military, go to prison, go to raves
There are lots of things you can do anon just do something.
You could turn off the internet and read for 8 hours a day for a month
