If you actually read you would be able to tell whether or not a person with whom you are conversing has also read the written work in question or has done some level of reading in regards to a particular genre of thought. The only board on 4chan(nel) I browse is /lit/, and I am both a prolific shitposter and a prolific effortposter and these are separate things. For every time I post "shit taste" in response to some apopleptically whinging niggerfaggot, I also post serious discussion, absolutely earnest if overwritten orations into the void, and often there is no response, but it is nonetheless worth it for its own sake as practice in elaborative prose, and it is also sometimes, just sometimes, rewarded with a productive back-and-forth which leads me to question my typically held assumptions and further flesh out my thinking on a given topic. What I mean to say is this: shitposting does not at all imply that a person has not read a thing, nor should you be unable to tell when a person is discussing something they actually know something about. Your post is bereft of any evidence of higher intellectual function and I suggest that you return to /mlp/ and leave /lit/ alone.
