In theory it counteracts white identitarianism and, through the influences of competing groups, creates a harmonious equality between them.

In reality it just means you're putting a bunch of people suffering from many different types of group think in the same place and insisting against every observable human tendency that they should all get along and not infringe on each other.

Sure there needs to be a lot of DIFFERENT species for an ecosystem to work, but blacks and whites are the SAME species, so i don't see how racial diversity helps the environment.
