Hey /lit/, srs discussion time.

I know we love to prattle on about Catcher in the Rye day after day, and that's cool and all, but can we talk about Salinger's other works?

Particularly this. I just started reading it today cause I <3 Salinger's short stories and CITR. Pretty noice so far. What u guise think?

Have you read Nine Stories? I was emotionally damaged by the stories in that book. Salinger really knew how to take you back into your childhood and fuck it all up.

Yes plzzz. Catcher was alright and all, but he had way better stuff. The Glass Saga in particular. So sad. ;(

I've read the first two, Bananafish and Uncle Wiggly. They were such bummers/I was so busy I put them down after that. But they were excellently written.
