I started learning some German and found it pretty easy. Then I realized German poets are second-rate and started learning Latin instead.

Goethe is good, but just an imitation of Italian Renaissance poets + Shakespeare. You don't actually need to read him.

Lmao that's also me. Did you also learn them in that order? Because german was my 4th language, before italian and portuguese, but i'm much better with the last two.
Where are you from? How come you learned those languages? I'm majoring in pedagogy of languages so that's why i've learned all of those languages (excepet for latin)
