I think that's exactly what would happen here. By creating a board dedicated to religiosity, the religiously inclined can debate ad infinitum. Whereas by leaving out a topic that deserves its own board surely as much as if not more than /lit/ it creates a mess here. The board is constantly doused with religious debates that have nothing

As others have noted, /his/ is SUPPOSED to be the board where we talk about religion. But we're all stuck here in /lit/ because, quite frankly, /his/ fucking sucks these days.

What we really need is for /his/ to be reformed. /his/ needs improved moderation, then we could successfully talk about religion there and not on /lit/. Then again, while I'm wishing, I wish /lit/ had better moderation, too.
