Because they would never follow their own texts, which are contradictory and absurd. No Christian for example will say self defense is wrong or that you should give away your means of subsistence and trust God to feed you like he feeds the birds. Chrisrianity is literally nothing today but a fanclub for boomer values

Antinatalism wouldn't necessarily apply if eternal happiness was possible/likely. The problem comes if your child does not live christian values.
