Many, myself included, have a distaste for "Q+".
Many, especially cis lesbians, have strong opposition against trannies.
Many don't like bishits. There's a multitude of views and it really depends on who you ask.
I wouldn't personally say that you are Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, or Transgender, so no, you are not LGBT. However you are free to converse with and involve yourself with LGBT people, whatever that means.
Many can probably empathise having issues with sexuality, so you may benefit from talking to some. I'd recommend you check for anything that may cause low libido in your life, then go find some sort of asexual community w/e to seek further information.

It's partially due to homosexuality being stigmatised, and public homosexual relations being difficult because of that.
Many therefore only have hookup culture to enter into, which obviously is centred around sex.
Disease rates I believe are lowering though, especially with increased condom use and PREP (anti-hiv drug).
