It depends on:
a) how long it is
b) how fast the person who intends to read it can read, on average
c) how much time would that person lay aside per day, week, year, etc. to read off that encyclopedia
The 15th edition EB has 32,640 pages. If you could read 100 pages a day every single day, you would finish it in 327 days.
If you read 20 pgs/day, it'd take you 1623 days (or 4 years, 5 months, and 13 days).
