Do you think so? If you read it in the context of the nearby paragraphs it seems clear to me he's actually rejecting the view he espoused in the Tractatus.

Baker and Hacker in their commentary to this passage ever write:
> "the particular picture (‘Das Bild’ in MS 142) which held him captive (‘hielt mich gefangen’ in MS 142) was the conception of the general propositional form — that every proposition says that things stand thus-and-so"

The "picture" is literally the picture theory, where propositions stand for state of affairs, proper names are names of particulars and adjectives are name of properties.
