The fundamental problem is that you're trying to understand and make a mental map of "the world".
That's a futile endeavor that will always leave you confused and frustrated.

What do you even mean? I believe we (or I) can't. I believe even if we accomplished it it wouldn't last long enough to be worth it. But I don't think I understand what you mean. rec me a book.

I already know that. But 'stop caring' is not growing up. I think there's a perspective where you don't believe these things to be true and you have to be wise to see life through this perspective. thats why i want to be recommended a book that shows me.

It seems like you're asking for religious lit. Ask your nearest priest, unironically.
If that seems too old fashioned for you, try something like "Enlightenment Now" by Steven Pinker. Although IMO that's just lower quality religion.
