I don't believe in mental illness (as it's commonly used), but probably could be considered bipolar or schizoaffective. I've been diagnosed for depression and adhd, but consider those to be joke diagnoses as I was mostly pursuing medication I thought would help me. You could get a dog diagnosed with depression or adhd in America.
