Yes, I get it. You've found some pocket where your mom makes you tendies and you don't ever need to actually do anything to survive. Not everyone has a life as cushy as you (including your fucking mom who you leech off of like a parasite) and most people need to work to provide for themselves (whether it be in a capitalist wage earner capacity, an agrarian farming capacity, hunting/gathering etc.) and working sucks. Life is imperfect, get over it.

I was very lucky, anon. When I was about 15, I borrowed my sister's copy of The Complete Tales and Poems of Edgar Allan Poe. I read about a dozen of the stories and fell in love with "classic literature." A few weeks later, my Dad took me to a book store and said I can pick whatever book I wanted. I chose The Grapes of Wrath and Crime and Punishment, loved them, and it changed the direction of my life.

The idea of simple, personal stories that take place in few locations appeals to me, but I hate everything else about plays, like the acting

find a good theater and watch the plays in a small, personal location, where the actors are at arm's reach

I'm not going to make you get a job or have significant commitments/responsibilities to the people around you. I'm just also not interested in pretending that your lifestyle is one that is robust and sustainable during times of scarcity. If you honestly believe that this truly is the end of history and that things will always be this comfortable, continue to live the way you do. This lifestyle however cannot be sustained during periods of strife, and were there to ever be significant strife again you will have found yourself with no survival skills, and even fewer people who see investing resources into you as a worthwhile enterprise to engage in.
