The fact you can buy any 'transgressive' book on Amazon for a few bucks and watch arguably more depraved shit on adult twitter accounts should signal to you none of this is taboo. Ummm... Yeah. You can see violent sex, women with knives to their bodies, getting smacked and chained on hundreds of 19-year-old's twitter accounts. It's nothing; it's become corporatised, and factory-line produced with endless thots to feed the machinery. That is the inevitable outcome of the libertine's philosophies in Sade (and the way some of the women are cartoon like magically healed or replaced) but that was satire and irony; if it's happening regularly and publicly in a society it is no longer transgressive, however.
