True, but that's if you follow the standard /lit/ methodology of opening some document and letting everyone and her uncle make edits as each sees fit. I'm thinking more of a "closed shop" group with a finite number and a specific objective set by the head writer (me).

Vice and American Hustle are my primary influences for this sort of thing. I see Ken Jeong in the Fat Leonard role; I wouldn't be opposed to selling our script directly to him if it worked out that way.

I don't want the literary devices in this script to be as heavy-handed as they were in Vice.
