Most used books smell good. I just don't buy ones that smell awful

sniffing books is one of the most normal things you could do, anon

maybe i'll try to be subtle about it by pretending to look closer at the words or something

but is there any way to get rid of >the smell ?

rub something that smells really bad on it and then the smells will cancel each other out. like pemdas

If they smell weird you can put them in a bag with either eucalyptus leaves or coffee beans for a few days. You can find eucalyptus leaves in craft stores with the floral arrangement stuff
