What should I read from Benjamin?

Start with Illuminations and Reflections. Then if dedicated read Arcades Projects. Then if really dedicated get the multi-volume complete oeuvre. Best of luck!

I am very stupid and don't want to read full books, just a few essays.
I guess I'll start with The Work of Art in the Age of Mechanical Reproduction because it's the one I recognize out of Illuminations.

Just read his essais, they're all quite short (and extremely hard to understand). "Critique of Violence" could be a good starting point.

The Storyteller: Reflections on the Works of Nikolai Leskov.
Not a particularly difficult essay but very insightful.
