Any good "no bullshit" yoga books for beginners?

I read pic related but there is a lot of bullshit out there. Its one of the oldest topics period. Just explore what seems relevant to I would suggest.

I will say that it was somewhat light on descriptions of the poses imo, at least in that I felt they where not described in enough detail. I would recommend just looking up each posses your interested in separately.
