What are some good books about film analysis?

Check Francesco Casetti's "Teorie del cinema" and "How to Analyze A Film". Kracauer had "Film Theory" but it's kind dated, still an interesting read. Check Bazin's "What is Cinema" too, Metz's "Film Semiotics" and Deleuze's "Image-Time / Image-Movement". Also, most methodology is derived from narratology and semiotics, so you can check the basics of those. In the number 8 of Communications you have the basic names (Barthes, Todorov, Genette, Metz).
