Incompatible. Only a bitter, ugly incel could embark of a pointless venture of self-loathing and needless metaphysical searchings that is philosophy. There has never been a single truly handsome, charismatic man in history of the field. Just look at all the 'supermen' of the philosophy - Nietzsche, Kierkegaard - all sickly, pathetic virgins who died young. Look at the cave goblins who look like nature didn't want them alive, like Kant or Hegel. Ugh.

Wrong, just look at the greeks. They constantly worked out and it showed. Very masculine and handsome, and their philosophy reflected that.
