I agree that Folio is soi as fuck and the Folio appreciation threads on /lit/ just reek of Reddit ("I adore these beautifully illustrated tomes, handcrafted at a traditional English publishing house"--the covers are tacky as fuck, the illustrations are dogshit 90% of the time, and they're mass produced), but Oxford World's Classics has some good translations of ancient philosophy, and the Norton Shakespeare is also good.
