Actually very easy to respond to.

Pascal begins by acknowledging us as finite and God as infinite.

He mentions that it's strictly a Christian rational for belief.

He recognizes that God is not something that can be grasped empirically but abstractly which is why he begins with his contemplation of the infinity of numbers.

"But by faith we know his existence, through glory we shall know his nature."
There's no need to do this for Australia, in fact we can show the doubter Australia and put it subject to our experience. We'll even show them some kangaroos if they still do not believe heh.

Pascal shows how there is only risking the finite for the infinite and this he makes quite explicit in Pensees. With what he lays down that's how reason impels you to believe. Outside of reason there is only the passions stopping you from believing after this.

The YouTuber mentions the rational behind God and someone converting before death. The contrast of a whole life of worship against a last second conversion. Pascal mentions our justice before divine justice. The vast and great disproportion between our justice and God's. To say God would prefer "intellectually honest skepticism" is to put his rational justice, which is finite, up against God's which is immeasurable and infinite like his mercy. If God were to have you by force to recognize him this would be only his own will reflecting back upon himself, which is absurd. So with this rational now recognized, you actually are not "a slave to his will."

There are actually some interesting objections to Pascal, but this video is not one of them.
