It's like I'm living inside a systematic economic horror that's outside this reality and uses humans as batteries of flesh, existing through them within us and outside us. I read Decline and now I feel like my head is broken. I still have my religious faith, but I feel even more disconnected from the world as a whole than I used to. I'm afraid that someone will try and succeed at converting me to some ideology and radicalizing me, but I have managed to avoid this both times others have attempted (an antinatalist and a dialectical materialist). I have come to resent the government and the social norms where I live, and have little regard obeying any law I can break without harming others. How do I fix my head without going to a "convent" (I don't know the proper English word for what I mean?)?

Same, I haven't found an answer yet. I feel that standing by liberalism will prove futile in the end, but both the socialist and reactionary ideologies have so far failed to offer workable solutions for the long term. At this stage it takes more strength of character and courage to stay the course and keep the our sinking ship afloat, but I have no illusions about being able to save it. Optimism is cowardice, but so is accelerationism. It is only my family and faith that let me focus on the short term instead of embracing a radical ideology.

What is going to happen is the world is going to turn into a chess board. A multi polar world. China isnt going to replace america. The world is going to turn into various blocs that all allie or oppose each other.

What no one realizes yet is, this will be the second cold war. And the second cold war wont be a war of ideologies, but a war of capitalisms. Western, liberal, free market capitalism, vs Chinese state capitalism

Whoever wins the second cold war is who inherits the world. That is of course if we dont all nuke each other.
