How do I learn to be alone?

It's a long process
You absolutely need to be alone for a few months, maybe a year. You can only have contact with your family when absolutely necessary. You also need to stop using the internet so much in order to develop your inner world.
A time Will come then when you Will cheerish being alone because no conversation outside yourself is half as interesting as the ones going on in your head.

Go out walking late at night.
Hike alone in the woods.
