Remove temptation as far as possible. When are you most tempted? What setting, what time, any other notable triggers? If aimless internet use (or using certain websites) leads you to porn and masturbation, cut it out. If you're weaker at night, turn off all porn-capable devices after a certain time. Guard your weak points.

Also understand that it all starts in your head. When the thought of viewing porn or masturbating arises, say a firm NO to yourself and don't continue the thought or behaviour that led to the temptation.

Learn from failures and improve your approach every time as you learn of more weaknesses in yourself. Live a healthy lifestyle and do things like cold showers to strengthen your willpower. It gets easier over time.
