It's overhyped but interesting enough, the ending is pretty meh. All the loose ends are tied up using deus ex machina.

chink fag that thinks chinks are worth being read by non chinks. chinks that thinks that chink culture and all the shit they thought they needed to do is worth known by non chinks. chink that thinks that people give a shit about chinks smoking. chink that thinks le reddit science is ebyn. chink that thinks a string is a superior weapon. I realized that chinks are utter trash.

It's setting a premise that gets a lot more developed in the second and third books. The third is a fucking trip.

Space is dark and unrelenting.

The ending of the series in particular really sets up something that could be a setting for an incredible RPG, or for further books.

First book was decent but not mindblowing. I have yet to read the other two in the series.

I think it’s around as good as Shadow and Claw and worse than Dune if you want vague comparisons to other popular sci fi. If you’re a /pol/tard like >>12668624 don’t even bother as the book is clearly written by a Chinese author and it draws pretty heavily on scenes from 1950’s and modern China.
