Is it possible to "refute" satire without looking like an dumbass?

No. Satire makes no coherent arguments. It only defines itself by what it is not. To project a coherent position on a satirical work is to display a form of neurosis(cringe) and thus you appear to be the exact thing the satirist is criticizing. You negate your own point simply by responding in a serious tone. Unless you can fire satire back, or safely ignore your opponent, you lose

One has to fight fire with fire in this instance, so creating a satire of the satirist is a way to discredit their satire, which is the closest you'll be getting to a refutation.

just call it cringe and bluepilled

and then when they say "but you're cringe and bluepilled as well!", you hit them with the "actually, no. only you are cringe and bluepilled. On the contrary, I'm actually based and redpilled."

I've had a lot of success with this strategy.

Yes, by espousing positive truths in earnest.
Witness the gnashing of teeth as you expose their shallow depravity.

Yes by attacking the satirists understanding of whatever it is being satirized.

Just be sincere but don't spill the spaghetti, just don't let the satire get through your skin.
