That's really all I can think of. There were quite a few great philosophers associated with the school too. When it comes down to it surprisingly poor literary legacy when their prestige is considered. Princeton only produced one truly great author. It's likely that being educated at one of these school trains you to be evil in such a way that you are rendered incapable of ever making worthwhile art.

by the way, financial aid is need-based and need-based only. if your family makes under ~100k or so, you will get a free ride. also, if you have siblings in college too, there is a lot of financial aid leeway even if your family makes money into the 6 figures. money should never stop you from going.

you would be surprised. first of all, you're not sifting through 6000 undergrads, and I doubt that any more than 10% are familiar with 4chan, let alone are regular posters on any board. also, people of similar background tend to run into each other, so the pool is even smaller.

nevertheless, Ive recognized Harvard posters off of reddit and off of 4chan because Ive met a lot of people at this school and I remember their stories. that's the danger of dropping details. if you know what to look for, and if you're open to the possibility, then you'll eventually recognize someone you know.
