About a year ago, I radically reduced my sugar intake. I recall experiencing a really visceral urge whenever walking by a gas station or grocery store to go in and buy a bunch of donuts and other sugary shit. That subsided after about a week. I do believe it was an actual, albeit mild, form of withdrawal.
