Hey guys, so I met a girl recently and she is my first girlfriend. I am 28 and she is 21, and has pretty much told me that she wants to be a traditional female partner (future wife perhaps).

The thing is she isn't well educated, didn't really study in school etc and her frame of reference doesn't extend far beyond popular culture. However, she keeps asking me to introduce her to new music, ideas, movies and books, and I can tell that in some ways she is trying to become a kind of idealized feminine symbol.

What that in mind, can anyone recommend some books which portrays female virtue and traditional womanhood in a way that isn't too academic or dense?

Anything to do with being humble, gracious, shy, nurturing, tender, submissive etc would be great.

If this isn't bait, I'd be interested in hearing how you found such a woman. I go to a traditional Church where there is a girl similar to your picture related. However, I'm not really part of the community since I don't live in the same town. I don't want to go up to a girl randomly after mass, but it also hurts to see a possible opportunity slip between my fingers. All traditional religion is based on revelation. Personal experience is the evidence. Formal proofs may be nice, but the core of religious experience has always depended on the individual practitioner. If you do not knock, it will not be opened. If you actively shun spirituality from your life, it is unlikely that you will find it. The more you explore your own consciousness through prayer/meditation, the more you will find out about the world, regardless of what you believe currently.
That being said, I don't think I know it all, and by no means am I a theologian. Rather, it just needs to be said since so many people have fallen into the trap of trying to justify religion by the very same things it goes beyond. Trying to justify God's existence based on some set of logical proofs may or may not be coherent, I'm not sure, but it completely misses the point.

Well most intelligent people who follow religion don't just proclaim the authority of God. They aren't mutually exclusive. Many important scientists were also religious leaders. I don't really know what you want to hear. Try attending church. You don't realize that by nature the findings of science are conditional and always liable to be reviser or even outright contradicted. This is basically what the philosopher call the access problem, and it' the problematic crux of science.

Although a mesue of pragmatism is always necessary, following "science" the way you seem to want to do will only led you to adopt and forego every single new scientific fad as it appears. You need to be able to decide by yourself beyond that, and you need to understand how science works a little better.
