Northanger Abbey - a delightful and charming read about a girl who reads too many books, finding out that situations are never as dramatic as she hyped them up to be. It's also pretty short, so you can start on another Classic right away

How do you all read in the dark? I live in a dorm with a roommate so I can't really have on the light sometimes. Also, we're in loft beds so the light doesn't really reach the bed all that well. Any of you use book lights?

Night Vision Goggles are pretty cheap now-a-days. A Gen 1 pair will serve you well enough

Try The Inheritors by William Golding. It’s the same author as Lord of the Flies, and it’s about prehistory. I really liked it, lesser known but great.
