If you really want to take up sexual abstinence, quit the internet alltogether. Even on sites that you might deem encouraging, there's a whole bunch of stuff that will either trigger sexual arousal or exploit the will to control yourself (which I'm gonna assume you have because of your decision) and fill you with information taking advantage of the psychologically altered state in which you will soon find yourself.

And also, if you combine sexual abstinence with reading the right mixture of books, soon this redpill-bluepill-idiocy will flee your mind like a burning temple. Sexual abstinence is to control yourself for yourself, and for no one else, not even a red pill.

Good luck anon, I've been there

Haven't had sex since 2013. I work 50-60hrs per week, and the rest of my free time is spent reading, writing, and debating politics on /pol/. The last eight months, I've read about thirty books and I'm reading more and more each week. Anything can be turned into a habit, so choose good ones.

The demoralized/demoralizers, the millennials who can't stop complaining about boomers, people who use social media...even though most of us are on the same page with the JQ, border and immigration policy, and popular culture, how one responds to it is a matter of serious debate. Not necessary friend.
One can train oneself to find provocative images of women abhorrent. For instance with pic related I feel nothing but repulsion and contempt for these wretched creature until proven that they have substance.

True, but OP seems to be at the beginning of his journey, and I thought I'm just gonna post what has worked for myself when I was at that point.

Also, I can understand that you find this picture repulsive and inspiring contempt, but please be sure that this is not another deeply rooted anti-feminine instinct you carry around.

Sexual abstinence can reassure you of your male independence, and when you have achieved this, you will not find yourself inspired to contempt anymore. Of course I also have aversions and some weird form of disgust when I see pic related, but it is a misconception to make the feminine responsible for sexual suffering. We are the source of our own pain because we have been culturally programmed that we can only reach fulfillment through feminine sexual attention. This is the truly emancipatory thought for me: to be a whole individual independent from female validation.

>>12570285
If it unwillingly arouses you, just stop reading. At a certain point, the hypersexualization of the written text will cease to be interesting to your brain, I suppose.

>> No.12570381

first learn to feel nothing upon seeing the pictures of the seductive women, only then will you be worthy of attempting sexual abstinence, otherwise you will pointlessly suffer for no reason like a fool

I have to elaborate the matter here more:

My theory is pretty much that this is why so many men become miserable and resentful when sexually abstinent: our whole cultural purpose as a breadwinner in traditional views of masculinity, or even as an internet video personality, or any "modern" masculine gender roles you want is to pursue the feminine. We are culturally seen as incomplete when not granted feminine sexual attention.

And if you don't lose this worldview, that you are nothing without sexual attention, then you will feel miserable. And you will feel bitterness when seeing pics of "hot women", because your inner self still thinks "this is what I am supposed to get, this is why I'm here, why can't I get it?"

The redpill ideology is based on taking herds of insecure, sexually frustrated misogynists into one big pool where they can wallow in their misery. This is the same as tumblr-tier feminism, just for guys. There is no point in subsuming yourself to a group this distorted and weak. The true strength on the path of the sexually abstinent is knowing yourself well and not buying in to people who don't and try to sell you a bizarre, collective identity where you can feel a glimpse of belonging and strength in an ocean of bitterness.

If anyone at all deserves contempt it's the people who claim to be independent from female sexuality but still want to "redpill" you on the topic.

tl;dr - redpill is shit tier, be truly sexually independent

Indeed. At this point of my life I find myself, for example, absolutely repulsed by this spic braphog. I loathe to imagine me fistfucking her, and then slurping all the pussy juice off her creamy thighs. I do find repugnant to think I would mount her doggystyle, and delight in the sound of her hambeast posterior slapping against my balls. And I shudder that I should shout "that will do, pig, that will do" while I do that. No, that is fucking disgusting, I would never,

I'm generally conservative, don't believe in God (but have been embracing Christian apologetics for the last few months), anti-establishment, anti-corruption, pro-free markets and small governments. Also been creeping towards personal neo-luddism, not as a system worthy of imposing on society, but as a way to live individually.

>>12570458
That's fine. A person can only go so long propping up the same mindless habits, going through the motions, never having serious conversations, never exploring confusing or disturbing philosophies and history, and consuming a steady stream of pop culture bullshit before he decides not to let his mind crumble as normal society encourages one to do. The last year or so of my life since I started trying to quit drinking has been really great, and none of my personal relationships changed. I simply read a couple hours every day on a variety of topics and that intellectual stimulation makes me happy to be alive.

>>12570899
I know it's retarded to those of us who exist here because it's such a barrage of shit with so few gems, but if you ventured out in search of genuine political debate anywhere else, I assure you it is much worse; more of an echo-chamber, less tolerant of controversial beliefs, and very, VERY uninteresting tone of conversation. We still have some degree of free speech here, and it will be gone soon enough, so I'm staying until that happens.

Believe it or not, it's better. It still maintains the combative tone and, as long as you are discriminating in sifting through the board, you will find good conversations. But you have to recognize and ignore obvious shill threads. Other places either ban opposing views or have such a narrow spectrum of ideas organically, that it's mind-numbing.

The thing that's wrong will pol these days is that threads are often deleted randomly, even in the midst of a good discussion. It doesn't go to the archives, it's just gone. This will certainly get worse and then I'll be out in the cold.

Look into Hinduism and Buddhism, they have a long-lineage of literature relating to the practise of abstinence. Called Brahmacharya, by them. Also follow their spiritual practises too, if you're interested in spirituality. You don't have to take on any "religion", friend, don't worry about that. Just follow the explanations and the practises.
