any books good for teaching me how to effectively stuff away/destroy any unnecessary emotions?

i don't want to get blackpilled/depressed, rather, i want to learn how to consciously ignore emotions

My experience tells me that, even if you have the all the wisdom and self-awareness and Stoic-ness in the world, you'll still need some outlet. Your body has certain physical and mental limits, and it's best to acknowledge that and work with it. Either writing, praying, therapy, punching stuff, screaming into a pillow, having weekly forced crying sessions, anything just to remove the burden from your soul.
Despite being agnostic-athiest myself, I still pray because it does good to my mind to verbalize my feelings and just release it from my heart.
Best of luck, OP.

This doesn't bother you? You don't feel like a hypocrite? Can't you "verbalize your feelings" without invoking Almighty God?

nope.

It is possible to recondition your brain to not react to emotions.
