They republished it through dzanc last spring. I think they're doing another one this year but I might be wrong.

If anybody wants to buy a new copy of this book, then they should go to homepage of Dzanc Books, find the contact email address, and ask how you can pre-order the book, and I'm sure they'll give you the details on that.

It's not difficult, and it's not expensive, as opposed to the used copies out there.

Yes I read it. McElroy is a really good storyteller. The latter part of the book becomes very engrossing. Though the initial 200 pages is hard to get through due to the experimental nature of parts of the text. McElroy employs a second person stream of consciousness. The subject matter doesn’t make sense because I believe it’s angels interrogating someone on the events of the main character’s life. So it’s very hard to follow but makes more sense upon completion or a second reading. There are some very titillating and entertaining parts: a lengthy description of a woman masturbating, and this same woman hosts a soul searching yoga/sexual exploration club in the nude. It’s really good and has lots of characters whose story arcs interconnect. It all comes together towards the end.

None of that interests me. I have already read man goes down toilet.

This is actually what interests me most about the book. I also really want to read Plus. I have only read Cannonball by McElroy so far. It was very weird but I think I understood what he was trying to do. I have A Smuggler's Bible but in typical /lit/ fashion have not read it. Parts of this book are supposed to be in a "sci-fi future"?
