English major here.

What's the most credit hours you've successfully taken in a semester at college?

I'm taking 16 hours this semester as a beginning freshman. I have15 hours already under my belt from AP classes in high school.
My college requires special permission for anything over 18 hours. Thinking about stacking up on classes next semester and quitting my crappy part-time job.
