Read 80, going to schedule one for each day next year, go through the library and that. Hope you are doing well in life anon and hope to read that book on Stalingrad as well (though would prefer to brush up on more obscure parts of World War II history e.g. the participation of the Baltic states, pretty much everything about the Kingdom of Italy as well as Bulgaria, Greece and how the Red Army was actually structured. Any recommendations.

I'm pretty happy with this year to be honest. I really slowed down from September but I am picked it up again with The count of Monte Cristo in November.

I haven't read a huge amount of books but I feel like the amount of pages I've read is fairly good?

I actually have no idea. I know that I've read four in the past week, physically, but I'm pretty certain I've read at least two digitally, I have a much harder time keeping track of digital. I don't get much reading done over the holidays, most of my reading is done on the bus on the way to work, and then during my lunchbreak. I tend to get through books at a rate of about one every two, three days, but it does vary. Some I can churn through in a couple of hours, some are a much larger task.

This thread has turned into a huge dick measuring contest.
Same thing happened when I some times go created a three about what languages do /lit/ knows and which language they think have a great literture.. Most of the post there were gags bragging about how they speak 4 or 5 languages. Very few people answered the second part of question that was which language has better literature.
