This are the themes that merit depression, melancholy, weeping and sadness. not some gay fuck from the modern age who writes about how he wants to kill himself because some thot politely rejects his avances.

seeing your brothers in arms get butchered by savage demonic pagans, your beloved king tortured to death, your wife and children raped and enslaved, you thrown into the wilderness as an outlaw, while knowing that you have lived a life of sin, deserving only damnation, while you have no food or water, no shelter, starving and freezing in the dreary dark winter in england, abandoned by god and everyone you know. that is when you are allowed to write 'woe is me" literature.
