If I wanted to read the Anglo/western canon in the the order that it entered the anglo sphere of thought, what would that look like?
Something like
>Beowulf
>The Seafarer / The Wanderer
>holy bible
>Aquinas
>Aristotle (when was this first translated into latin and enter the anglosphere?)
>Petrarch
>Chaucer
>Plato (same question as Aristotle)
>Shakespeare
>Milton
>Charles Dickens
> etc...

I know this is wrong and missing stuff. Any help?

Wrong. The Greeks weren't translated into English until like the 18th century. They'd be after Milton

Aye, but learned men of England read the Latin and often original Greek versions.

Aristotle's been known to the scholastics since the Middle Ages, thanks to muh Arabs
Plato was rediscovered in the Renaissance and translated into Latin by Marsilio Ficino

I'm just a little stunned that I've never noticed my girlfriend literally resembles a Roman goddess.

Thanks, anon.

Nice. That's what a proper feminine body looks like. I also dated a girl with this exact type of body except with DD cups and it was great
