I hate myself anon. There was a beautiful hardback copy at my used bookstore. I didn't want to pay 15$ for so I left. I came back a week after to get it but someone had sold it. Probably the only nice copy I'll ever find for this. I guess my only solution now is to find a good PDF, scale it properly, organize it, print it on nice large sheets of paper, bind it and make a nice leather/tissue hardbound cover.
