I was interested in GG&S until I found out it assumed everyone is the same, genetically, which I take some issue with.
How is this work? Read it?

*also, what should I expect? What are the core ideas that this book is built around, as GG&S is built around locational civilization and development (not sure exactly how to phrase that)?

thanks for recommendation anon, Jared Diamond is indeed charachterised by sloppy scholarship ( I've read GGS and the world untill yesterday). Any other good works on anthropology that you can recommend? I have recently read hunter-gatherers by Bettinger which is pretty good

It's brilliant and my poor writing wont do it any justice. Hart explains how human populations reproductively isolated for thousands of years developed different levels of intelligence and aggression - the two driving forces of human history.

genes, race and human history by nicholas wade is another great work. These works are obviously controversial

Seriously thank you for bringing to light this book.
It is endlessly disturbing to me that even GG&S was seen as politically incorrect when it was published, and the book you recommended, because of its stance, even more based, is rendered even more interesting to me.
I have been looking for based/red-pilled books in this vein, as I've been slowly redpilling myself (was center-right for while, now going further right), over the last year, and now that I can read these, I can substantiate my views with literature.
This comes in handy, as, (as pessimistic as it sounds), the mere mention of a book (one that isn't a meme and/or valueless, like Mein Kampf) can make a person whose view are contrary to yours actually step back and consider, as they rarely look into the book itself but rather think to themselves, "Oh wow it's in a BOOK wowee"

Sorry about the text wall, I just had some thoughts to divulge.

One of the amazon reviews of the book.
>CORRELATION DOES NOT IMPLY CAUSALITY
First time I've seen this phrase in the wild in an unironic state.
