Reminder that if you read just 10 pages a day, in one year you can read:
>In Search of Lost Time
>Ulysses
>Don Quixote
>War & Peace
>The Magic Mountain
>The complete works of Shakespeare
>Les Miserables
>The Tale of Genji
>all 7 Harry Potter books
>Infinite Jest
and still have plenty of reading time left over for other books.

Happy reading for 2019!

I'm too busy to manage more than 5 pages a day. I'll have to skip one or two of those.

10 pages x 365 = 3,650 pages

In Search of Lost Time alone is over 4000 pages

most editions area at least 2000 pages aren't they?
the edition I have isn't even the complete works, just the complete theatre, is composed of three ~1500 pages tomes.

It has taken me almost a year now to get halfway through The Tale of Genji

This book is beautiful and amazing, or rather it would be if it wasn't impossible to read thanks to no character ever being named.

Nice job running a fool's errand, I think OP meant you can read one of the items listed in the post

That’s wrong, but if you read ~35 pages every day you really could read all of those books minus Harry Potter in a year.

Yes, usually. Depends heavily on text spacing - you can find some editions with everything written in straight lines.
