Where do I start with him?

I don't know who is on the left but if you mean Lovecraft the first story I read was The Shunned House. I interested me enough to finish the rest of his works even though I'm not fond of his "dreamscape" stories.

It's not like his work is that hard to get into (assuming you enjoy reading fantastic stories, anyway). Maybe try reading him chronologically, starting with his poesque short stories. Or, if you're interested in a specific part of his work, you could go directly to his Dunsany period, or to his latter more iconic tales (The Shadow over Innsmouth, At the mountains of madness, The Call of Cthulhu...).
It's really up to you.

If you want to read all of his stuff you should just start from his earliest works
pic related includes basically everything he's written or you could just find them online for free if you prefer
if you opt for the book i posted make sure to get the one with silver gilt instead of gold because it fixed a lot of typographical issues
